Dhanurasana ,Matsyendrasana, Shalbhasana , and Surya-Namaskar are helpful in diabetes.

1. Dhanurasana- back bending asana( also known as bow pose) that helps to strengthen one's back, improve posture, other organs and also beneficial for diabetic patients.

2. Matsyendrasana- twisted sitting asana or fishes pose. It helps to improve lower abdominal organs and also control the level of blood sugar.

3. Shalbhasana- locust pose, and back bending asana in a reclining form. It also helps the abdominal organs and so used for treating diabetes.

4. Surya-namaskar- sun salutation asana. It helps in blood circulation and also controls insulin. Thereby, it is helpful for diabetic patients. It also helps in relieving stress and many other benefits.
