let alpha = 3, beta=5 and gama=-2

alpha+beta+gama= -b/a = 6, b = -6a

alpha×beta + beta×gama + gama×alpha = c/a = -1, c=-a

alpha×beta×gama = -d/a = -30 , d=30a

So the polynomial ax^3 + bx^2 + cx +d is

ax^3 -6ax^2 -ax + 30a

remove a

x^3 -6x^2 -x + 30 is the polynomial
