 \sqrt{(0 - 4) {}^{2}  + (y - 0) {}^{2}  }   = 5 \\ 16 + y {}^{2}  = 25 \\ y { }^{2}  = 9 \\ y = 3

 \frac{(x1 + x2  + x3)}{3}  +  \frac{(y1 + y2 + y3)}{3}

 \frac{1}{2}  |0(0 - 0) + 2(0 - 0) + 3(0 - 2) \\  \frac{1}{2} | 0 + 0 - 6 |   \\  \frac{1}{2}  \times 6 \\  = 3
