Now the same work done by 8men and 5 women
In 32day
(8m+5w)x32=320
8m+5w=320/32
8m+5w=10
5w=10-8=2m
So work done by 5 womens= work done by 2 men
1 women=2/5 unit in a day
16 women will do =2/5 x 16 =32/5
To do 320unit
Time=320/(32/5)
Time=320x5/32
Time=50day
