We need to find the value of 16 sin³θ + 8 cos³θ

Solution

Sin 3θ= 3 Sinθ- 4 sin³θ

→ 4 sin³θ = 3 Sinθ - Sin 3θ.....(1)

Cos 3θ = 4 Cos³θ - 3 Cosθ

→ 4 Cos³θ= Cos 3θ + 3 Cosθ...(2)

16 sin³θ + 8 cos³θ

= 4(4 sin³θ) + 2(4 cos³θ).....(3)

put equation (1) and (2) in equation (3)

=4(3 Sinθ - Sin 3θ) + 2(Cos 3θ + 3 Cosθ)

=12 Sinθ - 4 Sin 3θ + 2 Cos 3θ + 6 Cosθ
