16) Two potentiometers A and B are made of identical material of wire of same area of cross section but length of A is 10m and B is 5m. Rest of the circuit to measure emf is same. Why do
you prefer potentiometer A to measure emf more accurately than B? ------[1]​

now we can say that more is the length of the wire smaller will be its potential gradient and hence it will be more sensitive device

So here since length of wire A is 10 m while wire B length is 5 m

so Potentiometer A is more accurate than Potentiometer B
