Air is not filled in electric bulb because the filament, which becomes extremely hot when the light is on, would rapidly oxidize and burn out, since air is mixture of different gases, in oxygen is one of them and oxygen supports burning and oxidation.

The electric bulb is not filled with air due to the presence of oxygen in it,,which cause burning of filament and oxidising it..

That's why bulbs are filled with inert gases such as nitrogen an argon to prevent oxidisation and to regulate the long life of filament...

Hope it helps u..
