160 gram of an organic compound containing Br is reacted with excess HNO3 to form 18.8 gram AgBr. What is % of Br in the organic compound? ( Given: atomic weight of Ag= 108 and Br= 80)​

% of Br = (Atomic mass of Br ÷ Molar mass of AgBr) × (Mass of formed AgBr ÷ Weight of given organic compound) × 100

% of Br = 80/188 × 18.8/160 ×100

= 5 %
