 {16x}^{2}  - 20x - 6

Dividing by 2 we have

 {8x}^{2}  - 10x - 3

 {8x}^{2}  - 12x  +  2x - 3

4x(2x - 3)  + 1(2x - 3)

(4x  + 1)(2x - 3)

 x =  \frac{ - 1}{4} or \frac{3}{2}
