=-17+[2+8+3-(54+1-39)]
=-17+[13-54-1+39]
=-17-3
=-20

-17+[2-{(-8)+3-(9*6+1-13*3)]

= -17+[2-{(-8)+3-(54+1-39)
= -17 +[2+8+3-54+1-39]
= -17 + [13-54+1-39]
= -17 + [-3]
= -17 -3
= -20
