★Given :

Mass (m) = 200 gm = 0.2 kg

Height (h) = 5 m

g = 10 m/s²

★To find :

Potential energy when it reaches position B

★Formula :

P. E = mgh = 0.2 × 5 × 10 = 10 J

★Answer of i) is 10 J will be its potential energy at B

ii) —»

★To find : Speed when it reaches position A

Speed = Total distance travelled/ Time required

Answer : Speed will be 0 m/s because it was as rest initially.
