Given : A triangular park ABC in a city has the dimensions 25m, 20m and 35m.

√6 = 2.45

To Find : area of the park ABC

Solution:

Aare of ΔABC

s = (25 + 20 + 35)/2 = 40

Area = √40(40-25)(40-20)(40-35)

= √40(15)( 20)(5)

=√20*2(5*3)( 20)(5)

= 20 * 5 * √6

= 100 * 2.45

= 245 m²
