17. A triangular park has sides 60 m, 40 m and
26 m. Gardener has to put a fence all around
its boundary and also plant grass inside. Find
the area in which grass will be planted. Also,
calculate the cost of fencing it with barbed wire
at the rate of 30 per metre, leaving a space
for a 2 m wide gate on one side,​
