AB = AC = 17 cm

BC = 16 cm

AG is the median

=> G is the mid point of BC

=> BG = CG = BC/2 = 16/2 = 8 cm

AG ⊥ BC  ( as AB = AC)

=> AB² = BG² + AG²

=> 17² = 8² + AG²

=> AG² = 225

=> AG = 15 cm

Length of Median AG = 15 cm
