STRUCTURE OF FLOWER :

The flower is consists of different parts. Flowers reproduce by a process called Pollination.

• Flower consists of the following parts :

  1. Ovary : It holds the ovules.
  2. Style : It contains the ovary and stigma.
  3. Anther : It stores the pollen.
  4. Stigma : It is a topmost part of a flower.
  5. Pistil : It is a female reproductive organ.
  6. Stamen : It is a male reproductive organ.
  7. Filament : It supports the anther.
  8. Petal : It attracts the insects.
  9. Sepal : It protects petal from buds.
  10. Ovule : It form the seeds.

  • Flowers : The reproductive part of the plants.
  • A flowers has the two parts which are vegetative and reproductive part.
