Answer: 6, 8, 10, 0.2

Step-by-step explanation:

i ) Answer : x = 6

Let x = k/y

When x = 4, y = 9

k = 36.

Therefore, x = 36/y

When y = 6, x = 36/6 = 6

ii) Answer : y = 8

Let x = k/y

When x = 32, y = 15

k = (32)(15) = 480. Therefore x = 480/y

When x = 60, y = 480/60 = 8

iii) Answer : x = 10

Let x = k/y, where k = 210

When y = 12, x = 120/12 = 10

iv) Answer : y = 0.2

Let x = k/y, where k = 8

When x = 40, y = 8/40 = 0.2
