Answer:

given centre of the circle ( 3, 2)

the circle passes throgh (4, -1)

so (4, -1)  is a point on circle.

and the point connecting (3,2) and (4, -1) is the radius of the circle

distance{(3,2) and (4,-1)} = √(4-3)²+(2-(-1))²

                                        = √1²+3²

                                        = √10

hence radius of the circle is √10 units
