At first find the least no. divisible by 16,24,32,48,

 Least no. that is divisible by 16,24,32,48= L.C.M of 16,24,32,48.

   L.C.M of 16,24,32,48 = 480.  

SO the least number divisible by 16,24,32,48 = 480.  

 Now, As we can see that remainder is always 3 less than corresponding divisors.

 i.e 16 - 3 = 13 or 24 - 3 = 21 or 32 - 3 = 29 etc.
