Let the total distance be x.

Given that She covers 2/5th of the total distance by car = (2/5)*x

Given that she covers 3/10th of the total distance by bus = (3/10) * x

Given that she covers 1/5th of the total distance by auto-rikshaw = (1/5) * x

Given that remaining distance traveled on foot = 5kms.

(2/5)x + (3/10)x + (1/5)*x

= 9x/10.

Remaining distance = x - 9x/10

                                  = x/10.


The whole distance will be

x/10 = 5

x = 50km.


Therefore the distance traveled by Aman = 50km
