Changing the voice of any sentence is actually to add special stress on Passice voice in order to relate real life situation. Here, agent is not important.

Rules for Changing Active to Passive Voice:

• In Active voice, the subject is doing an action on the object. Here, the Subject is the doer.
• The Subject of the Verb becomes the Object in Passive voice and we use by before them.
• The main verb is changed into Past participle and preceded by to be in Passive voice.

Intransitive Verbs cannot be expressed in the passive form
