let it be 3x and 4x
area of parallelogram - b × h
= 243 = 3x× 4x
243 = 12x^2
243 /12 = x^2
20.25 = X ^2
base - 3 x = 3×20 = 60cm
height - 4x = 4×20 = 80 cm
