Step-by-step explanation:

The cost of flooring a rectangle hall at 64 per square metre is 2048

The area of the rectangle floor=2048/64

=>(32×64)/64

=>32 square metre

The breadth of the rectangle hall=5m

Area of the rectangle =length×breadth

=>length×5=32

=>length=32/5=6.4 m

Perimeter of the rectangle=2(length+breadth)

=>P=2(6.4+5)

=>P=2(11.4)m

=>P=22.8 m

Perimeter of the rectangle=22.8 m
