Article 32 and article 226 provides anyperson who's rights are violated can move to Supreme Court and high court respectively, for remedies .
Supreme Court and high court are vested with the power of issuing various writs by way of which they ensure the rights of the citizens are protected.
Therefore a person can move to the Supreme Court under art. 32 and to high courts under art. 226 in case any of the fundamental rights of the person are violated.
