And it is easy to eject the electron from this orbital

So it will get a charge of 2

And it is positive 2 beause the lost 2e was making the neutrality of the parent atom

Since 2 negetive charge is removed, and the nuclear charge is intact. It will get +2

Down the gp stability of +3 decreases due to inert pair effect and Al is in some what top +3 is stable
