solution:-

18 +[(1)^2+1]=20

20+[(2)^2+1]=25

25+[(3)^2+2]=36

36+[(4)^2+1]=53

53+[(5)^2+2]=80

Note....

when an odd number comes then we add 2 and when an even number comes then we add 1
