a=v/t1
t1=v/a...........(1)
similarly,
t2=v/b..........(2)
adding 1 and 2
t1+t2=(v/a)+(v/b)
t=v(a+b)/ab

t is total time =t1+t2
where t1 is time in reaching from 0 to v
