So ratio of W and A becomes 1:9.

To make 12.5% water. Alcohol will be 87.5%.

So new ratio becomes 1:7.

Now multiply by 7 in the first ratio and multiply by 9 in the 2nd ratio. To equate the quantity of Alcohol.

New 1st ratio- 7:63

New 2nd ratio- 9:63

Additional Water=9-7= 2L
