answer :- Click the slide that you want to have no transition. Then on the TRANSITIONS tab, click None. Press and hold the Ctrl key while you select the transition slides that you want to add a sound to. Click TRANSITIONS > Sound.

b) Why video clips are added to a presentation? Write the steps to add a video clip in a PowerPoint slide?

In the top right corner, click Video > Movie from file.
