atomic number = nof protons and no of electrons

S had 16 electrons

O has 8 electtons O2 has 2×8=16 electrons

total no of electrons = 16+16=32 electrons

1 so2 molecule contain 32 electrons

so number of molecules given is

24.088×10^23

no of moles =no of molecules/avogadro number

=24.088/6.022×10^23=4 mol

so in 1 molecule of SO2 there is 32 electrons

so in 4 mol there is 4×32=128mol electrons
