Rahim pays Rs.14300 /-

Hence 10% on original price, and 4 % on top of it can be written as  

Assuming x as original value

(0.1x + x)0.04 + (0.1x + x) = 14300

(0.1x + x)(1.04) = 14300

x =  12500
