P/Q = 11/12 * 9/9 =99/108

P/R=9/8 *11/11=99/88

P:Q:R= 99:108:88

Q/R= 108/88

That is 27/22

let average temperatures of P,Q be 11x and 12x.

and average temperatures of P,R be 9y and 8y

we know that 11x =9y.

x/y=9/11

Q:R=12x:8y

Q:R=3x:2y

=27:22
