Step-by-step explanation:

let the three terms of an AP series are

a-b,a,a+b

here b is the common difference

so,

a-b+a+a+b=36

3a=36

a=36/3=12

again,

(a-b).a.(a+b)=756

(a^2-b^2).12=756

(a^2-b^2)=756/12=63

a^2-63=b^2

144-63=b^2

81=b^2

b=√81=9

so the first term is 12-9=3

common difference is 9
