2 AB + 12 = 32

2AB = 32-12

2AB = 20

 =  \frac{20}{2}   AB = 10

S =  \frac{32}{2}  = 16

  = \sqrt{s(s - a)(s - b)(s - c)}

 =  \sqrt{16(16 - 10)(16 - 10)(16 - 12)}

 =  \sqrt{16 \times 6 \times 6 \times 4}

 = 4 \times 8 \times 2

 = 48 \:  {cm}^{2}
