According to the question :

❄CP of the plot = Rs. 3,60,000

❄CP of 1 / 3 of plot = 1 / 3 × 3,60,000

SP by loss % :

● Loss % = 20 %

⋆ SP = 100 - loss % / 100 × CP

=> 100 - 20 / 100 × 1,20,000

SP by Gain % :

● Gain % = 25 %
