Answer:

62

Step-by-step explanation:

a two digit number is of the form 10y+x where y is the number in tens place and x is the number in units place

according to question => y = 3x                    When the number is reversed

now , the number is ,                                    it becomes 10x+y

  10y+x                                                            =10x+3x  [ y = 3x ]

=  10(3x)+x                                                       =13x

= 30x+x

= 31x

According to question , the reversed number is 36 less than the original number

So,  10y+x = 10x + y + 36

=>        31x=13x+36

=>         31x-13x = 36

=>          18x = 36

=>           x = \frac{36}{18}

=>           x = 2

As x= 2

    y=3x

    so y= 3(2) = 6

now the number will be 10y+x

                                    that is 62
