I would suggest trying 15, 20 and 25 lb weights to begin and see what works best for you. Whatever you start with, you will get stronger and there is no shame in stating lower. It is important to start at a weight you can use every 2 or 3 days so that you use them regularly and make progress.

and then, slowly go for heavier weight.
