Answer: 10 Kg

Step-by-step explanation:

180 Kg :::== 5% water    95% milk

5% water == 5/100 * 180 = 9 kg

Milk = 180 - 9 = 171 Kg

Now some water is added so that the % of water becomes 10%.

So % of milk is now only 90%. But the quantity of milk hasn't changed.

90% of solution = Milk

90/100 * solution =171 kg

solution = 171*100/90 = 190 kg

Initial soln = 180 Kg         Final soln = 190 Kg

Hence quantity of water added = 10 Kg
