firstly find 42% of boy i.e. 1800 of 42%=756
and 30% of 900=270
so total students=2700
students pass=270+756= 1026
so students fail=2700-1026=1674
so students fail=
1674/2700*100=62%

Answer;

Step by step explanation:

Firstly find 42% of boy i.e.1800 of 42% = 756

And 30% of 900 = 270

So, total students = 2700

Students pass = 270 + 756 = 1026

So, students fail = 2700 - 1026 = 1674

So, students fail

= 1674/2700* 100 = 62%

Hope it helps you...
