Hey,
Thanks for asking this question.

Total no of people,T = 1800

Men's fraction = 7/18 of 1800.
Total number of men,M= 1800×7/18
=> M = 700

Women's fraction = 11/24
Total number of women,W = 1800×11/24
=> W = 825

So number of children,C = T - (M+W)
=> C = 1800 - (700+825)
=> C = 1800 - (1525)
=> C = 275

&

Children's fraction = 275 / 1800 = 11/72

●So there were 275 children in a book fair and that is 11/72 of 1800.
