answer : option (d) 1M

mass of glucose = 180 g

molar mass of glucose, (C6H12O6) = 12 × 6 + 12 × 1 + 16 × 6 = 72 + 12 + 96 = 84 + 96 = 180g/mol

so no of mole of glucose = 180/180g/mol = 1 mol

mass of water = 1000g

mass of solution = 1000 + 180 = 1180g

volume of solution = 1180/1.18 = 1000 ml

now molarity of glucose = no of mole of solute/ volume of solution in L

= 1/(1000/1000)

= 1 M
