because in europe there where aristocracy still enjoyed power, peasants struggled under the burden of feudal dues and obligations.

due too the bad harvest the price of rice increased , there was a bad harvest of rice that year which spread hardship in town and country.

1. There was sudden increase in population.

2. People then started migrating from rural to urban areas.

3. So , there was increase in unemployment in urban areas.

4. Due to unemployment, poverty increases.

5. Also, increase in food prices due to mass crop failure.

6.Industrialization also resulted in poverty.
