The convention of 1890 was a treaty between Britain and the Qinghai dynasty which ruled China at that time.It was related to the Tibet and north Indian kingdom Sikkim .It was signed by the Viceroy of India and chineese resident in Tibet.It was signed on 17 March 1890 in Calcutta
