Step-by-step explanation:

It is Given That,

18 {a}^{2}  - 50

So we have To factorise It ,

We know ,

The quadratic formula is ,

a =   \frac{ - b \frac{ + }{} \sqrt{ {b}^{2}  - 4xc}  }{2x}

Here, in the Eqn.

X=18 and b=-50 and c=0

Now putting the Values of x,b,c in quadratic Formula,

We get,

a =  \frac{50 \frac{ + }{} \sqrt{ ({50})^{2} - 4 \times 18 \times 0 }  }{2 \times 18}

a =  \frac{50 \frac{ + }{} \sqrt{ ({50})^{2} }  }{36}

We get ,

a =  \frac{50 + 50}{36}  \:  \: or \:  \frac{50 - 50}{36}

a =  \frac{100}{36}  \:  \:  \:  or \:  \:  \frac{0}{36}

a = 2.7 \:  \: or \:  \: 0

Hope it helps you!!
