\mathcal{\huge{\purple{\star\:Hayy \: Mate...!! \:\star}}}

=> 18b²+12b³÷ 2b²

((18 × (b2)) + (22×3b3))
=> ————————————— × b2
2

((2×32b2) + (22×3b3))
=> —————————————— × b2
2

12b3 + 18b2
Simplify ————————
2

=> 12b3 + 18b2  =   6b2 × (2b + 3)

=> b2 multiplied by b2 = b(2 + 2) = b4

•=>. 3b4 × (2b + 3)
