19. A number is divided into two parts such that one part is 10 more than the other. If the two parts are in the ratio 5:3 . find the number.​

SOLUTION :
Let a integer be x
then, the other integer will be x+10
And,
Let the two parts be 5x,3x

Then, According to the question

5x - 3x = 10
=> 2x = 10
=> x = 10/2
=> x = 5

Therefore,
The 1st integer = 5x = 5*5 = 25 (answer)
And,
The 2nd integer = 3x = 3*5 = 15 (answer)
