→ Angle APB = 40°

→ PT and PR are tangents and tangents are perpendicular to center

So,

→ Angle PAO = 90°

→ Angle PBO = 90°

Sum of angles of quadrilateral PAOB → 360°

→ Angle APB + Angle PAO + Angle PBO + Angle AOB = 360°

→ 40° + 90° + 90° + Angle AOB = 360°

→ Angle AOB = 360° - 220

→ Angle AOB = 140°
