Dividened=(divisor)(quotient)+remainder

Let remainder be a

X=3a+2

X^2=(3a+2)^2

X^2=9a^2+24a+4

X^2=3(3a^2+6a)+4

According to the format anything be the quotient the remainder will always be 4
