I solve this question with myself not paste from internet so mark me as brainlist .

No, it is impossible

Reason :-

Let first find greatest number with no repeating digits and it's digit's sum :-

=> 98765

=> 9 + 8 + 7 + 6 + 5 = 35

When we try greatest number and in result it's digit's sum is smaller than sum that we needed (35 < 40 ) .

So, it is impossible to forming 5 digit number that has no repeating digits and sum of whose digit is 40 .
