1a) p-type semiconductor are created by doping an intrinsic semiconductor with an electron acceptor element during manufactur. The term p-type refers to the positive charge of a hole. As opposed to n-type semiconductor, p-type semiconductor have a large hole concentration than electron concentration
b) If the temperature and volume remains constant than the pressure of the gas changes is directly proportional to the number of molecules of gas present. If the number of gas molecules and the temperature remain constant than the pressure is inversely proportional to the volume
