1A foor tile has the shape of a right-angled triangle whose hypotenuse is 10 cm and one of the sides is 6 cm. How many such tiles are required to cover a foor of area 1296 m?

The other side,
h×h = p×p+ b×b
100-36= b×b
b= 8 cm
Area of the triangle is = 1/2 ×b× h = 24 cm
No of tiles that are required = 1296/0.24 m= 540000 tiles
